#1 72dpi (Non-exclusive) Digital Only $15
May be used in the world wide web only. With the purchase of any image, you have the right to use that image as part of a single design artwork for one item (eg: one Ebook Cover, one Website Banner) and promotion of that item within certain limitations; used for web and Facebook banners or any online promotional materials related to the original product the license was purchased for. Under no circumstances is the purchased image to be used in any other design without it first being re-purchased for each additional design item. Non-transferable. You can use this license to sell/promote your product as many times as you can!

Note: this license may not be used for commercial advertising of campaigns, companies, websites. If you wish to advertise said products on TV, billboards, magazines, newspapers, web campaigns etc., you must acquire a separate Commercial Advertising License.
#4300 dpi (Exclusive) License $125
Web and Print use. Exclusive Image/s for the sole use of licensee only. Exclusive Licenses can provide you a one-of-a-kind image for your product in unlimited terms. When an Exclusive License is purchased, all images with the same posing, but a variation on expression, hand movement etc will be removed as deemed appropriate by Vikkaszone.com, but prior users and licenses remain intact. After receiving funds for an exclusive image, Vikkaszone.com will remove the image purchased within 72 hours. Other images similar (eg: same clothing, different pose) to the image purchased will not be removed from the site unless purchased separately for exclusive rights. If purchasing an exclusive image, the buyer will still honor all terms and conditions.
VikkasZone.com still owns the copyright to any Exclusive Images.
#6 $160 Custom NON-EXCLUSIVE Photoshoot
ADDED BONUS FOR EXCLUSIVE SHOOT : I can go live from the studio and promote your book cover and talk and show them how it is done, for an extra $75. Create the buzz and news while going live on facebook.
To purchase a Custom Image, ($160 gets you ONE image, your choice, Extended License.** For EXCLUSIVE rights add $100) with just me (Vikkas Bhardwaj) on the cover, or me with a female co-model (no male co-models), if you have the following options in mind: specific pose or pose, expressions, the feeling and attitude to portray, my hair length and/or style, and if a female co-model is to be in the image as well, her description; hair color and length, eye color, nationality, tone of skin color, her age, etc., and whatever else may apply; please be sure to make me aware. We want to be sure everything is perfect before we begin shooting.
Only exclusive custom shoot image or images that you have bought will be for your use as outlined in the policies on this website. Non-exclusive images and others created during that time and session will be uploaded to the site. Any “poses” that are done in the studio may be re-created for any stock photos and other book covers. Additional images will cost $30 each; exclusive $50. Please allow up to one month for photoshoot final result. Please be aware that this fee covers the cost of photographer, models & clothing obtained.
**This shoot is for clothing, costuming and props that we have on hand or are easily available. For Custom shoots with PERIOD clothing or items that require renting, there will be an additional fee**. Please contact VikkasZone if this qualifies for your image.
#5 $200 Commercial Advertising License Add-on
To be used in conjunction with the Extended or Exclusive license purchasing. This includes use in Television Ads, Billboards, Bus Ads, etc. To buy this license, VikkasZone requires information on what, where, and the full description of what the image will be used for.
Exclusive Pre-Made Covers $100
Purchasing a vikkaszone.com premade cover means that cover will never be sold or used again by anyone else. However the stock image that was used in the graphic design may be purchased and used again unless Exclusive stock image rights are purchased.
The cover is yours and you can to do what you want with it, for example you can put it on bookmarks, in ads, make a trade booth, giant posters, post cards, put it on business cards- you name it. The cover is yours, but you may not digitally alter or manipulate the image. You can customize your text (Author name, title, tag line) in many different fonts, sizes, colors and choose where you want your info to go. Want your name at the top of the page, you can do it. Want a tag line above the title, you can do it. Limit 250,000 ebook/print copies sold. If you go over this limit please email me to purchase an extended license.
VZ images are Royalty-free; meaning that once a license fee is paid, the images may be used many times without paying additional fees, certain restrictions apply per license purchased.
VZ stock images are non-exclusive; meaning they can be bought over and over again by others unless an Exclusive License is purchased.
VZ Image Licenses are for each non-watermarked image purchased from stock image website Vikkaszone.com, and provided for you to after payment via email, all other image versions (small watermarked images, and non-watermarked thumbnail-size images) may not be used for publication. Full size image sizes vary per image, as full size image sizes are determined by the photographer's camera each image was taken with. VZ Images are Non-Transferable; Image may not be resold or redistributed as is, but may be used in digital and tangible products intended for resale. Exceptions; Cover artists, graphic artists- see licenses below.
Prohibited Use of the Image/s
Image/s cannot be used for the following purposes:
· To make a purchased Image/s available for free downloads
· To create conditions under which the Image may be extracted from a product
· To transfer or resell to third parties a sub-license or rights to the Image
· To allow third parties access to the Image for further use
· For pornographic purposes, sex trade or similar industries
· To edit in nudity, male embracing or sexual encounters (Keep it classy, guys) :)
· For any illegal purposes
· For SPAM mailings
· In items or products used to promote racism or other discriminatory practices
· For the use, demonstration, and posting of materials in a way that would lead to the conclusion that the model in the Image approves of or endorses the items or services of any venture or trademark.
· Any other items incorporating any stock image (other than on novel/book covers) intended to be sold, or given for free along with a sold product or service (if the sold product or service costs less or is worth less than the item being given away with any image on it), are considered redistribution and is not allowed, other than by Vikkaszone.com.
· It is also prohibited to post any VikkasZone.com stock image 'as-is' (without significant alterations/additions to the image clearly showing it to be a product or graphic/cover art) on any website, web page or such, at a size larger than 400 pixels high if a vertical stock image, or 400 pixels wide if a horizontal stock image. This is to prevent viewers from saving the image(s) and using them without paying for the image license rights. Buying any stock image license does not transfer the copyright. You may not claim that the image is your own, and you may not sell, license for use, or in any way distribute the image for resale. The purchasing of an image license is purchasing the rights to use such image as the license describes, you are not purchasing the ownership of the image itself.
